This looks great. I am gluten free, soy free and vegan (allergies). Will these recipes be suitable for me? I see you say half are gf in the comment above, what about soy? Many thanks. Love your recipes!

Are your meals gluten free and do they have coconut? I am allergic to coconut and have a really hard time because it seems to be the go to for vegan recipes.

About half or slightly more are gluten-free. Some of them do use coconut either in the form of shredded coconut or coconut milk.
