I love this recipe for its simplicity and great taste.
Heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the tofu and sauté for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until the tofu is brown on all sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
- Do not overcook the rice! It'll get mushy and won't stir fry as well.
- Use a non-stick wok or skillet so the tofu doesn't get stuck to the bottom.
- Feel free to swap out the veggies for whatever you prefer!
