Founder
After earning degrees both in photography and culinary arts, Sarah founded My Darling Vegan. She is the recipe developer, photographer, and writer for all the content published on the site.

Meet Sarah, a 14-year (and counting) vegan, professionally trained photographer, former pastry chef, and 5th generation Oregonian. In 2012 she started My Darling Vegan as a place to spread healthy and compassionate eating through creating creative and easy-to-follow recipes. Sarah believes that plant based eating is the best diet for our bodies, the earth, and the animals we live among. But most importantly, she believes that plant based eating should never compromise on taste.
